EFT Tapping
What is it? How does it work?
Tapping is a simple and safe technique that helps reduce emotional tension and improve overall well-being. Backed by scientific research, this method combines cognitive therapy with physical stimulation of specific meridian points.
Tapping follows a structured process where you, or a practitioner, gently tap on specific points on the head, upper body, and hands. As you tap, you also focus on a specific issue or emotion you’re experiencing.
Research shows that tapping positively impacts both our psychological and physiological processes. It stimulates the meridians and has a beneficial effect on the part of the brain responsible for stress responses.
Why choose EFT tapping?
A highly versatile, effective self-help tool
Tapping can be effective in a wide range of situations, such as work-related stress, overwhelming emotions, overthinking, cravings for unhealthy food, deeply ingrained patterns and beliefs, or even physical pain (and the stress surrounding it).
As a self-help tool, tapping can be easily used to manage daily stress and tension. For deeper, more ingrained patterns and beliefs or other complex issues, it’s advisable to seek individual guidance.
Improve Your Well-Being
Tapping helps reduce stress, supporting both a healthy body and a clear mind. By managing stress more effectively, you enhance your well-being and improve your quality of life.
Make the Unconscious Conscious
“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” – Carl Jung
Did you know that 95% of your behavior is driven by your subconscious? Deep-rooted beliefs and emotions can work against you, even when you consciously want to change. Tapping helps break these patterns and empowers you to reach your goals.
Unlock Your Full Potential
Whether it’s sports, work, or personal goals, tapping helps remove the blocks that hold you back from performing at your best. Become mentally stronger and boost your self-confidence.
Free Yourself from Cravings
Do you need a chocolate bar every day? Or can’t you go without your daily bag of chips in the evening while watching TV? Do you rely on coffee to get through the day? With tapping, these cravings become a thing of the past!
Break Free from Pain
Tapping can help reduce pain sensitivity and even provide long-term relief for chronic issues. It puts you in control of your pain management.
Expecting a Baby?
Dealing with nausea, sleepless nights worrying about the birth, or concerns about your baby’s health? Tapping is a proven technique that helps calm both your body and mind, supporting a calmer, healthier pregnancy. Give yourself and your baby the best start possible!

The science behind it
Tapping can significantly help reduce stress levels, strengthen the immune system, ease anxiety and promote emotional well-being.
The best part? Tapping works, even if you don’t believe in it!

How Many Sessions Will I Need?
Tapping is a powerful and effective tool, but it’s hard to predict in advance how many sessions you’ll need – it depends on the issue. For some, a problem can feel almost miraculously resolved in just 1 or 2 sessions, while others may need more time. This doesn’t mean tapping isn’t working; we’re all unique, and personal growth unfolds in its own way for each of us.
EFT isn’t a quick fix, if such a thing even exists in personal growth. Healing is rarely a straight line; you might make progress, hit a setback, and then move forward again. These ups and downs are completely normal and part of creating deep, lasting change. Sometimes we uncover the root cause quickly; other times it takes longer. Tapping offers a safe and supportive space to address these deeper layers.
We always begin with an intake session. From there, we’ll gain clarity on your situation and discuss the best steps for you. This may even include a referral to a medical professional if necessary. You decide how many sessions feel right for you. I’ll respect your pace, work as efficiently as possible, and always be upfront about the process.
Help! I Can’t Make My Appointment
No problem: life happens! Just let me know in advance. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge if you notify me at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. For cancellations or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance, or if you don’t show up (except in cases of exceptional circumstances), the full session fee will be charged.
